A Pennsylvania native and son of James Malloy, (the Malloy building and other real estate holdings) I received my undergraduate degree from The American University. I grew up in the family business, real estate, and have been licensed in California for 30 years, I can boast a spotless record. I also have a Master's Degree in Administration. I spent several years in the mortgage industry and was a trainer of new agents for another large nationwide real estate company. I am Organized and tenacious, I have been praised by my clients for my resourcefulness, veracity and dedication. My business tenet is very simply to assume the client's priorities as my own.
